Mental Health

Your preparation for the real world is not in the answers you’ve learned, but in the questions you’ve learned how to ask yourself.

Rainer Maria Rilke

I am a National Certified Counselor and Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor and currently work as a part-time clinician at Jewish Family & Career Services in Atlanta. Before joining JF&CS, I worked with undergraduate and graduate students at Mercer University in the areas of stress, anxiety, life transitions, career, academics, health, relationship issues, emotional struggles, and grief and loss.

I love helping my clients find new ways to reach their goals and, ultimately, find more joy in their lives. My writing is an extension of this work, empowering others and helping to break the stigma that often surrounds mental health.
