Your preparation for the real world is not in the answers you’ve learned, but in the questions you’ve learned how to ask yourself.

I am a National Certified Counselor and Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor, and most recently worked as a part-time clinician at Jewish Family & Career Services in Atlanta. Before joining JF&CS, I worked with students at Mercer University in the areas of stress, anxiety, adhd, executive functioning, career, academics, health, relationship issues, and grief and loss.
My writing is an extension of my clinical work, empowering others and helping to break the stigma that often surrounds mental health.
